The Manufacturing Information Technology Specialist program provides extensive hands-on training with the computer hardware, operating systems, application software, mobile devices, and networks needed to keep the systems used in every aspect of advanced manufacturing operating and functioning at peak efficiency. In addition, students will learn how to provide excellent customer service to the employees that fill the various roles they will support. BTC Career Services helps students explore careers, prepare for the job application process and find current opportunities. BTC offers resume writing, mock interviews, job search techniques, and internships, when available.
Blackhawk Technical College provides free tutoring services to credit students enrolled at the college. We offer online, open lab and peer tutoring. Also counseling services are available.

To receive refunds, you must formally request refunds from Registration and Records by notifying them of your intent to drop a class(es) or completely withdraw from all classes. Requests for refunds must be received during the same term of enrollment. Refund requests are time-sensitive as each day that passes may affect the amount of refund you are eligible.
